Some Things to note:

When scheduling an appointment you will have the option to pay now or pay later.  If you choose to pay later you may receive a call from our office to discuss your future payment options.

If you need to cancel before the appointment, it is vital that you give 48 hours advance notice. For example, if an appointment is scheduled for 3:00 pm on a Tuesday, notice must be provided by 3:00 pm on Sunday at the absolute latest. You may cancel your appointment via text, phone, or email.
